Started by James Burrough at the Chelsea distillery on Cale Street, this gin is named after the Beefeaters at the Tower of London. Its unique characteristics are brought about by its infusion of juniper, Seville orange peel, coriander seed, almond, orris root, lemon peel, liquorice and angelica seed.

Bombay Sapphire

This London Dry style gin takes on true complexity from the moment it hits your nose. Flavours of citrus followed by a nutty flavour, transform into a bit of sweetness with a lavender note, and end with a spicy, peppery finish. This particular gin uses ten botanicals in its distilling process: Almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia bark, cubeb berries, and grains of paradise.
